During LILRR Foster

'Angel' - DOB est January 2001 - Black Female

In LI kill-shelter for 6 weeks before coming to LILRR late December, this sweet girl had a severe urinary tract infection (likely caused by long stay at shelter).   3-week antibiotics cleared the infection and 'Angel', as now named, is ready for a forever home.  Angel is, as the name implies, an angel - she loves living with other dogs and cats, playing and - typical Lab - loves to carry a tennis ball in her mouth.  Most of all, Angel loves being with people.  She is a gentle sweetheart who loves lying beside you on the couch with her head in your lap.  When she lays on floor, a quick glance in her direction is all it takes to get her tail wildly thumping.  She loves car rides and new adventures.  She learned to sit and lay down on command and learning to walk gently on leash.  She is housebroken and eager to please, a natural born lady and a loving companion who will enrich whose ever life she touches.
