Raised by family with small children, this dark yellow male had been relegated tied up in kitchen or yard because he knocked the kids over in excitement.  In frustration of being confined, he would jump on and grab the clothing of people (and kids) as they left his area, trying to keep them from leaving again.  Initially hand shy, (former owners admit George was beaten and punched), George has the intelligence and ability to reason (like most Labs) and realize the hands that reach for him now are not abusive, will not strike him and will not push him away.  This healthy, happy, cuddly, young adult is full of normal play and normal energy.  George has been promised to never be tied up again and needs adults willing to continue a lifetime of proving people can be trusted and family means forever.
