Piper's Story

In Rescue...

"Piper"

DOB: est. Sept. 2001

Yellow, 60 lb., Female

Rescued from a Long Island kill shelter, the dark yellow pup is very typical for her age and apparent lack of training (most likely to have been more relegated to crate, kitchen or back yard instead of spending time learning and living with her people).    Piper is intelligent, playful, gregarious, housebroken, healthy and loves to play with other Labs.  She will require basic obedience, continued focus on house manners, and someone willing to spend lots of quality time and attention every day.   She loves people and kids but, at this time,  is too active and untrained for the average person with infants or toddlers seeking a mellow, less needy, family companion.
