"Rocky" Yellow Male - DOB 01/01/00 Rocky spent his first year in training with a NY Police Canine Unit but was sold to a company and retrained for mold-sniffing. Rocky spent next 4.5 years earning his keep sniffing mold and living kenneled in the company warehouse (with Amber, below). Recent advanced technology rendered his special services outdated and his presence unwanted but none of the employees could take the Labs home. Rocky is affectionate and gentle with humans, in great general health, gets along wonderfully with other Labs and was very easy to house train ... he is a pleasure to live with, loves leisure walks and getting belly rubs! |
