"Sammy" (while in LILRR foster) DOB est Jan 2003 - Yellow Male - 75 lbs Picked up stray by animal control and unclaimed by owner. Sammy is a healthy, happy pup (Labs are mentally and physically "puppies" till 4-5 years of age). Now housebroken, he is quick to learn basic house rules. He loves human attention and affection and gets along with other Labs but has less play and toy drive (compared to the average Lab same age). |
August 2005 + lovingly adopted...

March 2006 update... Sammy is with us almost 8 months now, and it’s difficult to remember a time when he wasn’t a member of our family. We walk just about every day after work; our favorites are the local beach and the dog run in West Hills Park...

Sammy has been in obedience training for several months now and is doing so well that he will soon be starting Agility classes.
He has really made himself at home… |

Vacations sure are fun, but it was sooo nice to get back home to our own beds again! |
