'Jimmy' & 'Georgie'

DOB est. January 2002 - Black Male

These boys are two of the sweetest, gentle and loving Labs to be found.  Healthy & housebroken, each is eager to please, gentle and playful with people and other Labs - incredibly adorable teddy bear 'bookends' ... when one stretches out belly-up or stretches fully-belly-flat with tail wagging, the other mimics!

"Licorice"

9 Yr Black Female

Licorice and sibling pets were dumped into a Long Island high kill shelter when the family split.  Licorice was very frightened to lose the only world she's known but, with time, the visible shaking from fear has been replaced with a wag and trusting eyes.  This loving sweetheart is healthy and only wants to please.  She was raised with other, various, pets and is good with Labs she's living with during foster.  She loves taking leisure walks but especially loves being brushed and rubbed, cuddled.

"Buddy"

3.5 Yr Yellow Male - DOB 01-15-04

Buddy spent childhood living with family in NYC … up until they decided to move and elected a coop not permitting dogs and dumped him into the Brooklyn CACC.  Neutered and naturally confused (over sudden loss of family and all familiar) Buddy entered LILRR foster in good overall health.  The handsome galoot knows basic commands … sit, lay down, and give paw.  House trained and good with other dogs, Buddy thrives on human attention and relaxing belly rubs.  Mr. Buddy boy also enjoys helping rake leaves ...
